In 1971 Inna Yu. Yurova graduated from the Leningrad State University with honor, then she became the post graduate student in the department of quantum mechanics in the same university. In 1975 she defended her candidate thesis "The resonance phenomena in scattering electrons by molecules". From 1975 till today I. Yurova works in the department of quantum mechanics of Saint-Petersburg State University. In 2000 I.Yurova defended her doctors thesis "Combined semiclassical approximation in the theory of thermal atomic collisions" and she was awarded the degree of doctor of sciences. Many times I.Yurova went for the work abroad to France, Japan, Australia, Denmark, Poland. Inna Yurova published more than 70 scientific works.
